Direct Primary Care

Our direct primary care model allows you the freedom of having access to basic medical services without the hassle of insurance through office visits, telehealth, and electronic communication. This medical model is a great choice for individuals who have high deductible health plans, costly, copays, or who have no medical insurance.

 

Services include preventive care, basic illness treatment, medication refills, lab review, and care coordination.  We offer referral services to specialty services for healthcare needs not managed under direct primary care. With a flat monthly fee, you know what your cost will be up front for primary care. 

 

Due to current federal guidelines, Medicaid and Medicare patients are not eligible.  We do not provide pain management with controlled substances but offer referral to other pain management services if needed. Membership is $50/month and can be canceled at any time with a 30 day notice.
